Privacy Policy – FSHV App

1. Who We Are

FSHV App is the official mobile application of the Albanian Volleyball Federation (“FSHV”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is processed when users access the app and the web content displayed inside its in-app browser (WebView).

For the purposes of this policy, FSHV is the point of contact for privacy questions relating to the app. Data displayed and managed in the DataProject competition system is subject to the roles and responsibilities described in the DataProject privacy policy.

2. How the App Works

The app does not require registration, an account, or sign-in. It provides public volleyball information and displays selected web pages inside WebView, including competition information from DataProject and video or livestream content that may be provided through YouTube.

This policy concerns data relating to people who use the app. Competition content may separately contain public information about athletes, coaches, referees, officials, teams, or competitions. Such competition data is managed by FSHV and DataProject under the applicable competition and DataProject privacy rules.

3. Information Processed When You Use the App

3.1 Information the Native App Does Not Request

The native part of FSHV App does not ask users to provide a name, email address, phone number, account credentials, payment details, identity documents, health information, or precise GPS location. The app does not create user profiles or user accounts.

3.2 Information Processed Through WebView, Cookies, and Analytics

Web pages displayed inside WebView use cookies and may use Google Analytics. Depending on the configuration of the displayed page and the user’s cookie choices, the following categories of information may be processed:

Device identifier: a pseudonymous browser or device identifier, such as the Google Analytics Client ID stored in the first-party _ga cookie.
Product interaction: page views, sessions, taps, navigation events, engagement, and similar information about how the displayed content is used.
Coarse location: an approximate geographic area derived from the IP address. Google states that Google Analytics 4 does not log or store individual IP addresses.
Technical information: browser type, device type, operating system, language, screen information, and basic server-log or security information.

These data may be linked to a pseudonymous browser or device identifier. FSHV App does not link that identifier to a user’s name, email address, or account because the app does not provide user accounts.

4. Why This Information Is Used

The information described above may be used to:

measure audience size and understand how content is used;
produce aggregated usage and performance statistics;
improve navigation, content, reliability, and service quality;
maintain security, prevent misuse, and diagnose technical problems;
provide the requested competition pages, video, and livestream content.

FSHV does not use Google Analytics data for third-party advertising, remarketing, or tracking users across apps and websites owned by other companies. No names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other direct identifiers are intentionally sent to Google Analytics by FSHV App.

5. Cookies and Privacy Choices

DataProject, Google Analytics, YouTube, and other displayed web services may use cookies or similar browser storage. Some cookies are required to deliver web functionality, while analytics cookies are used to measure usage and improve services.

Where a cookie banner or privacy control is presented by a displayed web service, users can use that control to accept, reject, or change their choices. Users may also remove locally stored WebView data by deleting the app from their device. Deleting the app does not automatically delete data already retained by a third-party service.

6. Third-Party Services

6.1 DataProject

Competition schedules, results, standings, teams, statistics, and related content are displayed from: https://fshv-web.dataproject.com/MainHome.aspx .

DataProject may use cookies, server logs, device information, and usage data. Its privacy policy also explains the processing of competition-related personal information and identifies the Federation as the controller of data stored in the competition system: https://fshv-web.dataproject.com/Privacy.aspx .

6.2 Google Analytics

Pages displayed in WebView may use Google Analytics to measure page views, sessions, product interaction, device/browser information, pseudonymous identifiers, and approximate location. Google Analytics may use the first-party _ga cookie to distinguish users and sessions. Google’s privacy information is available at: https://policies.google.com/privacy .

6.3 YouTube

Video or livestream content may be displayed through YouTube. When YouTube content is loaded, Google or YouTube may process device, cookie, viewing, interaction, and account-related information according to the user’s Google settings and Google’s Privacy Policy. FSHV does not control Google’s independent data practices.

7. Data Sharing and International Processing

Information may be processed by the operators and service providers of the web content displayed in the app, including DataProject and Google. Those providers may process information in countries other than the user’s country, subject to their privacy policies, contractual safeguards, and applicable data-protection law.

FSHV does not sell app-user personal data or share it with data brokers.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

The native app does not maintain a user-account database or store the analytics categories listed above on FSHV-controlled app servers. Cookies remain on the device until they expire, are removed by the relevant web service, or are cleared by the user. Google Analytics and other third-party services retain data according to the settings of the relevant account and their published retention policies.

Users may contact FSHV to request access, correction, restriction, objection, or deletion where applicable. If the request concerns information controlled by DataProject, Google, or another third party, FSHV may direct or forward the request to the relevant provider. Deletion may be limited where the information is only pseudonymous and cannot reasonably be connected to the requesting person.

9. Data Security

FSHV applies reasonable technical and organizational measures to the app and its configuration. Communication with supported web services is intended to use HTTPS. Third-party platforms are responsible for the security of information processed in their systems.

10. Children’s Privacy

FSHV App is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children. The app does not ask users to create an account or directly submit personal information. Parents and guardians should review the privacy and age-related rules of third-party services, including YouTube, before allowing children to use them.

11. Your Rights

Depending on applicable law, users may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. A user may also have the right to complain to a competent data-protection authority.

To exercise a right relating to FSHV or competition data, contact FSHV using the details below. Requests concerning Google or YouTube data may also need to be submitted through Google’s privacy tools.

12. External Links

The app may open third-party websites or services. Once a user leaves FSHV-controlled content, the privacy policy and terms of the relevant third party apply.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, third-party services, or legal requirements change. The date at the top of this page identifies the latest version.

1. Kush Jemi

FSHV App është aplikacioni zyrtar mobil i Federatës Shqiptare të Volejbollit (“FSHV”, “ne”, “na” ose “jonë”). Kjo Politikë Privatësie shpjegon si përpunohen informacionet kur përdoruesit hapin aplikacionin dhe përmbajtjen web që shfaqet brenda shfletuesit të integruar të aplikacionit (WebView).

Për qëllimet e kësaj politike, FSHV është pika e kontaktit për çështjet e privatësisë që lidhen me aplikacionin. Të dhënat që shfaqen dhe menaxhohen në sistemin e garave DataProject u nënshtrohen roleve dhe përgjegjësive të përcaktuara në politikën e privatësisë së DataProject.

2. Si Funksionon Aplikacioni

Aplikacioni nuk kërkon regjistrim, llogari ose hyrje. Ai ofron informacion publik për volejbollin dhe shfaq faqe të përzgjedhura web brenda WebView, përfshirë informacione të garave nga DataProject dhe përmbajtje video ose transmetime që mund të ofrohen përmes YouTube.

Kjo politikë lidhet me të dhënat e personave që përdorin aplikacionin. Përmbajtja e garave mund të përmbajë veçmas informacione publike për sportistë, trajnerë, arbitra, zyrtarë, ekipe ose gara. Këto të dhëna menaxhohen nga FSHV dhe DataProject sipas rregullave përkatëse.

3. Informacionet që Përpunohen Gjatë Përdorimit

3.1 Informacionet që Aplikacioni Native Nuk i Kërkon

Pjesa native e FSHV App nuk u kërkon përdoruesve emër, adresë emaili, numër telefoni, të dhëna hyrjeje, informacione pagese, dokumente identifikimi, të dhëna shëndetësore ose vendndodhje të saktë GPS. Aplikacioni nuk krijon profile ose llogari përdoruesish.

3.2 Informacionet që Përpunohen Përmes WebView, Cookies dhe Analytics

Faqet web që shfaqen brenda WebView përdorin cookies dhe mund të përdorin Google Analytics. Në varësi të konfigurimit të faqes së shfaqur dhe zgjedhjeve të përdoruesit për cookies, mund të përpunohen kategoritë e mëposhtme:

Identifikues pajisjeje: një identifikues pseudonim i shfletuesit ose pajisjes, si Client ID i Google Analytics që ruhet në cookie-n e palës së parë _ga.
Ndërveprimi me produktin: faqet e shikuara, sesionet, klikimet, navigimi, angazhimi dhe informacione të ngjashme mbi përdorimin e përmbajtjes.
Vendndodhja e përafërt: një zonë gjeografike e përafërt e përcaktuar nga adresa IP. Google deklaron se Google Analytics 4 nuk regjistron ose ruan adresat individuale IP.
Informacion teknik: lloji i shfletuesit dhe pajisjes, sistemi operativ, gjuha, informacioni i ekranit dhe të dhëna bazë të serverit ose sigurisë.

Këto të dhëna mund të lidhen me një identifikues pseudonim të shfletuesit ose pajisjes. FSHV App nuk e lidh këtë identifikues me emrin, emailin ose llogarinë e përdoruesit, sepse aplikacioni nuk ofron llogari përdoruesish.

4. Përse Përdoren Këto Informacione

Informacionet e përshkruara më sipër mund të përdoren për:

matjen e audiencës dhe kuptimin e mënyrës si përdoret përmbajtja;
krijimin e statistikave të përmbledhura të përdorimit dhe performancës;
përmirësimin e navigimit, përmbajtjes, besueshmërisë dhe cilësisë së shërbimit;
ruajtjen e sigurisë, parandalimin e keqpërdorimit dhe diagnostikimin e problemeve teknike;
ofrimin e faqeve të garave, videove dhe transmetimeve të kërkuara.

FSHV nuk i përdor të dhënat e Google Analytics për reklama të palëve të treta, remarketing ose gjurmim të përdoruesve ndërmjet aplikacioneve dhe faqeve të kompanive të tjera. FSHV App nuk dërgon qëllimisht në Google Analytics emra, adresa emaili, numra telefoni ose identifikues të tjerë të drejtpërdrejtë.

5. Cookies dhe Zgjedhjet e Privatësisë

DataProject, Google Analytics, YouTube dhe shërbimet e tjera web që shfaqen në aplikacion mund të përdorin cookies ose ruajtje të ngjashme në shfletues. Disa cookies janë të nevojshme për funksionimin e faqeve, ndërsa cookies analitike përdoren për matjen e përdorimit dhe përmirësimin e shërbimeve.

Kur një shërbim web shfaq një banner cookies ose kontroll privatësie, përdoruesi mund ta përdorë atë për të pranuar, refuzuar ose ndryshuar zgjedhjet. Përdoruesi mund të heqë të dhënat lokale të WebView duke fshirë aplikacionin nga pajisja. Fshirja e aplikacionit nuk fshin automatikisht të dhënat që mund të jenë ruajtur më parë nga një shërbim i palës së tretë.

6. Shërbimet e Palëve të Treta

6.1 DataProject

Oraret, rezultatet, renditjet, ekipet, statistikat dhe përmbajtjet e lidhura me garat shfaqen nga: https://fshv-web.dataproject.com/MainHome.aspx .

DataProject mund të përdorë cookies, regjistrime serveri, informacione pajisjeje dhe të dhëna përdorimi. Politika e tij shpjegon gjithashtu përpunimin e të dhënave personale që lidhen me garat dhe përcakton Federatën si kontrollues të të dhënave të ruajtura në sistemin e garave: https://fshv-web.dataproject.com/Privacy.aspx .

6.2 Google Analytics

Faqet që shfaqen brenda WebView mund të përdorin Google Analytics për të matur faqet e shikuara, sesionet, ndërveprimet me produktin, informacionet e pajisjes/shfletuesit, identifikuesit pseudonimë dhe vendndodhjen e përafërt. Google Analytics mund të përdorë cookie-n e palës së parë _ga për të dalluar përdoruesit dhe sesionet. Informacioni i Google për privatësinë gjendet në: https://policies.google.com/privacy .

6.3 YouTube

Përmbajtja video ose transmetimet mund të shfaqen përmes YouTube. Kur ngarkohet përmbajtja YouTube, Google ose YouTube mund të përpunojë informacione mbi pajisjen, cookies, shikimet, ndërveprimet dhe llogarinë, sipas cilësimeve të Google të përdoruesit dhe Politikës së Privatësisë së Google. FSHV nuk kontrollon praktikat e pavarura të Google.

7. Ndarja e të Dhënave dhe Përpunimi Ndërkombëtar

Informacionet mund të përpunohen nga operatorët dhe ofruesit e shërbimeve të përmbajtjes web që shfaqet në aplikacion, përfshirë DataProject dhe Google. Këta ofrues mund t’i përpunojnë informacionet në vende të ndryshme nga vendi i përdoruesit, sipas politikave të tyre, garancive kontraktuale dhe ligjit të zbatueshëm.

FSHV nuk shet të dhënat personale të përdoruesve të aplikacionit dhe nuk i ndan ato me ndërmjetës të dhënash.

8. Ruajtja dhe Fshirja e të Dhënave

Aplikacioni native nuk mban databazë llogarish përdoruesish dhe nuk ruan kategoritë analitike të përshkruara më sipër në serverë të aplikacionit të kontrolluar nga FSHV. Cookies mbeten në pajisje derisa të skadojnë, të hiqen nga shërbimi përkatës ose të pastrohen nga përdoruesi. Google Analytics dhe shërbimet e tjera i ruajnë të dhënat sipas konfigurimit të llogarisë përkatëse dhe politikave të publikuara të ruajtjes.

Përdoruesit mund të kontaktojnë FSHV për të kërkuar akses, korrigjim, kufizim, kundërshtim ose fshirje, kur këto të drejta zbatohen. Nëse kërkesa lidhet me informacione të kontrolluara nga DataProject, Google ose një palë tjetër, FSHV mund ta drejtojë ose përcjellë kërkesën te ofruesi përkatës. Fshirja mund të jetë e kufizuar kur informacioni është vetëm pseudonim dhe nuk mund të lidhet në mënyrë të arsyeshme me kërkuesin.

9. Siguria e të Dhënave

FSHV zbaton masa të arsyeshme teknike dhe organizative për aplikacionin dhe konfigurimin e tij. Komunikimi me shërbimet web të mbështetura synon të përdorë HTTPS. Platformat e palëve të treta janë përgjegjëse për sigurinë e informacioneve që përpunohen në sistemet e tyre.

10. Privatësia e Fëmijëve

FSHV App është për audiencë të përgjithshme dhe nuk u drejtohet në mënyrë të posaçme fëmijëve. Aplikacioni nuk kërkon krijimin e një llogarie dhe nuk u kërkon përdoruesve të dorëzojnë drejtpërdrejt të dhëna personale. Prindërit dhe kujdestarët duhet të shqyrtojnë rregullat e privatësisë dhe moshës së shërbimeve të palëve të treta, përfshirë YouTube, para se t’i lejojnë fëmijët t’i përdorin ato.

11. Të Drejtat Tuaja

Në varësi të ligjit të zbatueshëm, përdoruesit mund të kenë të drejtë të kërkojnë akses, korrigjim, fshirje, kufizim, transferim ose kundërshtim, si dhe të tërheqin pëlqimin kur përpunimi mbështetet në pëlqim. Përdoruesi mund të ketë gjithashtu të drejtën të ankohet pranë autoritetit kompetent për mbrojtjen e të dhënave.

Për të ushtruar një të drejtë që lidhet me FSHV ose me të dhënat e garave, kontaktoni FSHV me të dhënat më poshtë. Kërkesat që lidhen me të dhënat e Google ose YouTube mund të duhet të dërgohen edhe përmes mjeteve të privatësisë së Google.

12. Lidhjet e Jashtme

Aplikacioni mund të hapë faqe ose shërbime të palëve të treta. Pasi përdoruesi largohet nga përmbajtja e kontrolluar nga FSHV, zbatohen politika e privatësisë dhe kushtet e palës përkatëse.

13. Ndryshimet në Këtë Politikë

Kjo Politikë Privatësie mund të përditësohet kur ndryshon aplikacioni, shërbimet e palëve të treta ose kërkesat ligjore. Data në krye të faqes tregon versionin më të fundit.
